Casa Floriana is situated in a quiet area, near the Sarca river, 10 minutes from the lake, the beach and the center of the village. It offers recently-constructed,spacious, fully-equipped, ground-level apartments (50/60 mq). The apartments consist of either 2 bedrooms (appartamento trilocale) or 1 bedroom (appartamento bilocale). Both types of apartments include: a combination living room with a sofa-bed and fully-equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with a tub/shower and a terrace with a table and chairs. The apartments are furnished with every comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, ironing board, iron, hair drier, wall safe, electric stove, electric coffee maker and independent heating. Cribs and high chairs for babies are available, upon request. Clients have access to a spacious garden with comfortable lawn furniture, a private parking lot and storage space fully-equipped for surfboards and mauntain bikes. Upon prior notification, small dogs can be accepted.
